Our Shipping Policy:
DUE TO SUMMER HEAT, PRODUCTS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED ON MONDAYS OR TUESDAYS. Your products will be frozen ahead of time and mailed with an ice pack to preserve texture during warm shipping days. When you receive your products, allow them to come to room temperature before using.
Processing & Fulfilment
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $125+
Standard shipping is $16.50 per order within Canada (adjusted only in cases of a very large order). Additional charges may apply for remote or international destinations.
Our Return Policy:
Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for reasons other than damage or spoilage. If your item arrives damaged or appears spoiled, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds or replacements will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
